Pros
TBH, very little. Flexibility with schedule was a plus.
Cons
Wave has been the worst company I have ever worked for. Management does not care about you at all. They will ask you to go above and beyond, yet they undervalue your time, your resources, and your pay. The company is littered with negatively from the top down. I don't believe I've ever heard any sincere word of appreciation from the COO or operations manager. Instead they will criticize and nit pick everything. After years of working here I've never received a raise. They tell you they do performance reviews, but that never happens. The company is disorganized, chaotic and has terrible communication with their staff and their patients. Patients are always complaining about the poor service they receive, although they do seem happy with doctors and nurses. They also make you sign a contract of employment for many years so you can't leave. If you do you are legally obligated to pay them. Is this even legal? Save yourself and work elsewhere. Turnover is extremely high here.
