Many of the individuals I have interacted with have been working with Wave for so many years, which I felt was a clear sign of a good employer and employee environment. Everyone there constantly uplifts each other and it is overall a friendly environment. Management is very clear about feedback and opportunities to grow, which is something I appreciated as someone who values self-growth and career progression.
