Pros

Truly, an open-door policy fostering an environment where I feel entirely comfortable walking into the President's office to share ideas, suggestions, or recommendations. High-performance work opens the door to earning greater responsibilities. I feel it rewards excellence and fosters growth opportunities for dedicated employees. Great working culture that emphasizes collaboration, respect, and inclusivity. Great health and 401k benefits

Cons

At times, leadership is not fully aligned While portfolio growth opportunities are present, there is very little structure into what is necessary to advance

Pros

Wavelynx is taking on the big guys like HID, who feel old, clunky, and stuck in the past. We’re building modern, better versions of these products—familiar enough to make sense, but with a way better user experience. The business has huge opportunities ahead, and the team here is stacked with some of the smartest people I’ve worked with. If you want to be part of something that’s growing fast and shaking up an industry, this is the place.

Cons

We’re growing fast, so not everything is perfectly structured yet. You have to be okay with figuring things out and working in a fast-moving environment. It’s not for everyone, but it’s exciting if you like solving problems and building things.

We understand that this type of environment isn't for everyone, but we believe it offers a unique and rewarding experience for those who thrive in dynamic, problem-solving roles. We value your contribution to our team and appreciate your willingness to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth. We're committed to continuing to build a strong and innovative company.

Pros

Great coworkers, many were talented, supportive, and easy to work with.

Cons

The company struggles with high-turnover, limited product growth, and well below-market compensation relative to the demands of the role. A lot of strong employees ended up leaving, and HR often came across as more bureaucratic than helpful, especially given the company’s size, maturity, and overall direction.
