Pros
If working with the right people, you can enjoy your job and have a great time. Non-stressful position. Customers are great and very friendly -- one can have a descent conversation, customers care, friendly, and considerate.
Cons
Unfortunately after Wawa increased everyone's salary to $15 an hour, those individuals that worked for the company a number of years are getting paid the same salary as a new employee. Those working for years know their jobs, what they are suppose to do/don't do, and really hussle. However these individuals are not being treated fairly. Wawa is no longer a "family based" company. Wawa is just like all the other corporations and are only out for the $$$ and do not really care about their employees. Pay is unfair and sometimes people are mistreated. However the company does promote individuals that are unqualified and get treated great even though they do a lousy job!!! Wawa has declined in their greatness!
