Pros

Works for extremely flexible people who thrive on constant change and don't have to cover all of their living expenses (even if you're a full-time PM).

Cons

Unpredictable number of work hours, work schedule (PMs & TMs) and contantly changing rules for PMs. This isn't due to Covid. It's the nature of the job.
