Creates False Expectations - Anonymous employee WayForth Employee Review

They removed any and all maternity leave which is odd for a "culturally relevant" company. The head of HR claims to be helpful and market centric but never responds to emails and calls. Constantly throws the team under the bus, when in reality there is a HUGE lack of management. Says they want to be transparent, but they really create a show to distract you from what is really going on behind the scenes. Owners have good intentions but they need to trim fat from the top- in order to save the masses that keep them afloat.
