Pros
The concept of this company and the services they provide is incredible, it's a concept I truly believe in and many of the people hired are genuinely kind people.
Cons
They struggle to retain employees, which leads to understaffing and corporate quickly hiring new people who are unqualified. This leads to a lot of damage reports and complaints from clients, which operations fails to take responsibility for. Furthermore, upper management preaches transparency and being kind to each other while practicing the exact opposite. It is not uncommon to hear management screaming at employees who are already extremely overworked and underpaid. Work life balance doesn't exist and management constantly throws others under the bus in front of them. In my short time here, I've seen an huge turnover of employees (many not even lasting more than a month or two) and yet management points fingers as to why or tries to mask the issue by giving out random branded items. That isn't the issue. YOU ARE. You're literally driving this company into the ground. No one wants a WayForth branded hat. We want to be treated with respect.
