Pros

Product offered is outstanding for all customers, the compensation structure is oustanding with no cap on commissions and there is a base salary. Great team environment in the company and everyone seems to work towards the same goals. A lot of room to grow in the company as they are expanding.

Cons

Sales leads are not provided, you have to generate lead sources yourself. A lot of miles put on vehicle due to territory, but mileage is all reimbursed for.
