Pros

Lots of good people working in the field, but they don't get hours so they don't stay long and aren't properly trained. Probably good company for people in upper management.

Cons

This company is concerned only with growing, not with customer service. Although they claim to be a client-first company, the real focus is on revenue. There is large turnover in the people who actually serve the clients and do the work. Lots of talking heads at the top making unnecessary work for those in the field. Sales sells concierge service, but doesn't estimate enough time to provide that service, so most jobs are done halfway or over the budget. Hourly employees have to be "on call" essentially, but may or may not get hours - sometimes we drive for an hour to only work for an hour. They don't hire upper management with moving backgrounds, and some don't have a clue what it takes to get a job done. WayForth has a bad reputation in the moving industry.
