Pros
Worked there about half a year. Some pros to working here are, friendly coworkers and easy to have fun at work when there is down time. Not super difficult work. Free snacks. Relaxed dress code.
Cons
Cons are way more. Very very micromanaging. No matter how much you improve, no matter how good you are at your job, they drain your enthusiasm and happiness with their coachings. Even when you follow the tips to the letter, have a really great close rate, it's going to bring more harassment in the guise of helpful suggestions. It's not helpful. The managers are babysitters half the time and can't be found the other half. There is so much favoritism it's ridiculous. They stress transparency but are not that at all. One day you could be told you're doing great, the next half your team is fired. No clear answers from Managers or higher ups about the simplest questions. They make a fun and enjoyable job and make you dread going to work. I'd avoid it unless you're desperate. All I ever heard from coworkers is that they can't wait for that other job to call so they can scoot on out of there. This place is like any other call center now.
