Do not stay true to "try, fail, and pivot." They have come down heavy on the recruiters with day-to-day metrics, like how many phone screens you're having a day. No clear line to be promoted - each review cycle, you create a list of what you have to do to be promoted - but by next review cycle, it doesn't happen. Terrible transparency with WHY things are happening. Incredibly low pay across the board. Worked there for a year, they had promises with no delivery.
