Cons
Nepotism - promotions and performance reviews are heavily focused on who has more friends at senior levels of the company (popularity) and is not based on true performance and impact. Unequal utilization of efforts and work across all levels and business units - Those at senior levels spend most days on calls, where nothing actually gets done. Dishonest and unfair treatment for all levels across the company- senior leaders turn a blind eye and allows those at the L3 level and below that work from home/corporate to take unlimited time off when they really shouldn't. While those in field operations are doing the majority of the true work and not being compensated or appreciated for the work they are doing on the front lines. COVID efforts - The company, early on, decided to prioritize profits over true safety and health of the field operations employees by bypassing laws and taking no efforts in shutting buildings down at any point in the last 10+ months. During this same time, all corporate employees have been working from home for the past 10+ months and corporate senior leaders have made it a top priority to focus on the corporate/WFH employees' health and wellbeing (with things such as multiple reset days).
