As a vehicle operator you are somewhat of a second class employee. There are maybe 2% of contractors that move into salaried positions, don't expect that you'll be one of them. By the time I left they were letting contractors go to hire new vehicle operators at lower wages. Also they were reducing the snacks! That used to be a strong point. Come on, Waymo.
