Pros

I do not know of any other company that commits the money or recourses that Wayne Brothers does to training. Excellent employees, good benefits and pay. I do not know of any construction company that serves all of its employees lunch every week. Not once a week but twice a week. Wayne Brothers strives to be the number 1 construction company.

Cons

Work is a challenge and that's how I enjoy it.

Wonderful place to work with excellent people leading the company. Always have a clear vision of where they are headed.

Cons

Used to feel more like a family 10 years ago and I feel we are getting away from that.
