      Great People. Good work environment. Cool work. Competitive benefits and PTO with decent starting pay. Good potential for advancement.

      Long hours. Frequent travel. Not enough compensation to cover travel-related expenses. Potential for double or even triple consecutive shifts.

      Wonderful place to work with excellent people leading the company. Always have a clear vision of where they are headed.

      Cons

      Used to feel more like a family 10 years ago and I feel we are getting away from that.
