Workers are miserable. Leadership is Useless, paranoid, slimey, and did I say Paranoid? They don't value nursing knowledge and skills. Nurses are managed by people who don't have clinicall degrees. Too much sitting. They don't want you to even look at your cell phone during work hours. Your lunch hour changes daily. Triage nurses are really just message takers who have to send messages to the clinics, which hardly respond. You'll find yourself begging the clinics to respond to patients.
