Pros
Decent Health insurance perks for employees.
Cons
Underpaid compared to other people in the industry. Clear lack of vision that trickles down from the top. No formal training in most positions. Huge lack of vetting process for new employees. Most new employees don't even complete training and leave after seeing the work conditions. Management are bullies that yell at employees and then joke and laugh about it with other managers. Took over work for another person that left, was then doing the new duties and my existing duties with no job title change or pay increase for 2.5 years. Found myself working 60 hour weeks when I became management only to tell me it wasn't hard enough and to remember that I'm replaceable. A lot of shady tactics with most of their own employees and 3rd party contractors. Not paying their bills to try to break contracts. The list goes on and on.
