Cons
I don't even know where to start... My manager was based in another country so it was difficult to reach out to him, always "busy", until I realized he deleted my job records to put his name on those... I confronted him because of that and guess what happened the month after that. Too many trips just for nothing. Poor coordination skills, most important decisions or next steps were communicated "casually" the day I was flying back home, which made my working days unnecessarily difficult. To sum up, my days at that company were usually a nightmare, since the work load was pretty high, I basically stopped my life for that job and, unfortunately, I was indeed not treated with respect and professionalism. My last day was very humiliating. There is a lot of schemes and gossiping across teams, which is very unfortunate. When leaving the company I emailed HR and shared information about my experience at the company, because I felt I nedeed to give feedback. I am not sure if my email has something to do with my ex-manager being let go a couple of months later, but it got proven that karma is a... Lastly, worldwide meetings the CEO/Founder always trying to sell us his hippie religion, what a time waste!
