      Pros

      Most of us are former Halliburton/Schlumberger employees who left for good reasons. We get along very well and seem to keep the good things from our competitors but leave much of the baggage. Bonus pay is very competitive.

      Cons

      No company stock purchase plan as of yet. Some of our equipment is old, but R&D is dealing with that.
