40 hour work week most of the time easy to balance life with work freedom to make it what you want it; no one breathing down your neck
Cons
pay could be better bonuses are non-existent everyone hired at the same position goes up at the same progression so no one is offended; therefore, there's not much incentive to work harder than you have to unless you have a long-term personal goal in mind sometimes meeting a date trumps quality
