Pros
The company has grown so quickly that for someone with the drive and necessary skills can find the right job for them. Weatherford is truly trying to move in a "ONE" Weatherford approach at differant levels but managment has to put more focus on this.
Cons
The company has grown so quickly that it has not formed its own culture yet. There is still a lot of good ole boy promotion going on, rather than on actual skills and experience.
