Pros
You will not find a place that you will have more fun at. The culture is phenomenal, and the product is the coolest in the industry. There is no micromanagement whatsoever, which is great because the people that have to be babysat don't last very long. It is a startup so if you are looking to move up quickly there probably isn't a better opportunity anywhere along the Silicon Slopes. I would recommend Weave to anyone wanting to get into tech, especially from an entry level.
Cons
The normal cons and growing pains with any startup. Some of the processes from sales to implementation to customer success need some refining. It has been a while since they have taken any funding so budgets for expansion and development have been thin, but it probably won't be much longer before they take another round.
