Pros

Great CEO, I just don't think he knows how toxic the sales culture has become They try to make it a fun environment, only problem is you get punished if they see you use the amenities.

Cons

Where to begin? Everyone is promised this potential for promotion. And they tell you all about how if you reach and exceed the sales targets for a certain amount of time, then you become eligible for promotion. What they don't tell you is that it really takes more than what they say. They claim that you also need to be head and shoulders above your peers which creates a very cut-throat environment. They also don't tell you that they can only promote when there is headcount room. But then they go and hire from the outside whenever something opens up. So not only are you stuck where you are but you can only stay on top as an SDR for so long before you get burned out-because they treat the SDRs like garbage and it's really 2 different companies when it comes to SDRs and AEs. SDRs are completely disposable and treated that way. AEs have to really be bad at their jobs to lose them. Once you get promoted, you have it made but getting there? Good luck. From what I've observed it seems they DO NOT want to promote from within. They make it nearly impossible and whenever you get close there is some "unforseen" reason why it can't happen. It's the biggest joke. My advice to any perspective SDR is don't fall fo what they tell you in the interviews or in the meetings. If you are looking for a company to give your heart and soul to and move up in the company. Weave is NOT the place.

Pros

Great culture, genuinely concerned with your success. Will listen and implement your ideas. Great celebration culture.

Cons

Base pay is too low for these current times and commission clawbacks can make it so you zero out commissions so the base is all you got. They also have poor technology for outbound SDR and AE.
