Pros
Maternity leave, anniversary gifts, PTO, etc. The executives know what they're doing. Brandon is FANTASTIC. Customer success, Customer support, and Dev departments are fantastic and have some great culture! Would recommend to a friend.
Cons
Middle management in both departments doesn't know what they're doing. They are killing the culture that Brandon worked so hard to build! Sales- pushes numbers no matter the cost. They recently laid off some very great Account Executives because they weren't the biggest number pushers. That isn't the only quality that matters. They don't train their new reps hardly at all, which means they don't know what they're selling and it can cause tension between onboarding and sales. Sales will FREQUENTLY ask Onboarders for help/ advice to do their job because they aren't getting it from their leaders. Onboarding- VERY disorganized. The Managers have no interest in getting organized, they think that's just how the department is. They expect their Onboarders to hold as many accounts as possible, regardless of work/life balance or happiness of their employees. They like to blame all of their problems on sales. The two managers of this department like to micromanage, and don't seem to trust their employees to get things done. Neither department focuses on training their leadership!
