Pros
Great product. Can have good earning potential. Good benefits. Some awesome colleagues. The company is growing so if they get their act together it could be potential opportunity.
Cons
Horrible management. Inexperienced leaders promoting their friends to create even more of an unhealthy culture. Burned out reps who aren’t part of the inner circle and are constantly told you earn your promotion or opportunity if you do xyz yet they do the opposite of what they preach. Most the team does not hit quota and live in constant fear from being told they’re not good enough because they’re comparing apples to oranges not apple to apples on opportunity. But don’t worry they’ll preach in every sales meeting you won’t be successful or happy if you leave.
