Cons
This company is in number inflation mode and literally nothing else matters. They say that creativity is a company value yet every creative solution that has we been brought to management has been turned down, or worse, thought of as you not following the processes. People not employees is a thing of the past. Nobody feels special here especially in sales where they have their 5 guys who will always be the stars and the rest are grunts relying on the grace of god to just get by. Don’t believe what you hear about this place. It is not even close to what it used to be when I started which is why I have decided to leave. No opportunity for growth. No love within the organization. EXTREMELY leftist beliefs being forced onto their employees. Management doesn’t listen and only looks out for themselves. Everything that you could think of in a company that you would not want to work for, Weave has intentionally decided to go that route.
