Pros
Truthfully, there are no pros to working here. On the surface they would have you believe they're your typical silicon slopes start-up with hipster entrepreneurs, but they are summer-sales college drop-outs who have found success through standing on the backs of others.
Cons
-When the CEO Brandon Rodman gets an idea in his head, he will roll it out through hastily-written emails sent at midnight complete with poor grammar, incomplete thoughts and no regard for departmental authority -If you have a brilliant idea, management will shut you down then roll it out in 2 months under the pretense that they thought of it themselves -The "clique" system here is completely reminiscent of junior high; back-biting, rumor spreading and promotions based on the golf course run rampant all across the "departments".
