Pros
This is a start-up! Everyone can make a difference to the success of the company. There is an amazing attitude within the company to do the right thing, for both our customers and our products. If you have an idea, it will get heard. If you are ambitious and want to do more, there is room for growth and promotions. Weave is growing and it wont be a start-up for long, but they are focused on keeping the fun spirit and the quick to respond attitude that start-ups have. I feel like we have a great product and a great team. There is no question Weave is going places. P.S. They have great medical benefits and a flexible time off policy!
Cons
This is a start-up! We are all still trying to figure out how to get things done. Organizational and operational structure and formate are just taking shape and it can make for some very fun days. This can be frustrating at times, but nothing that cant be fixed! Weave has all the core pieces and the right focus to always be a great place to be.
