Pros
This is a company that is exciting and I look forward going into work! My search is over, the first time in my life I would never want to leave this company. I'll defiantly be around for a long time! It's also huge plus that I genuinely have the best boss ever ( Neil)! For the first time I'm truly happy and I feel so lucky to be apart of the Weave team! It has been so much fun to watch this company grow and to be apart of something so special as Weave. Every week Brandon Rodman the CEO of the company holds a company meeting and brings us all up to date on what is happening, any new changes, ideas, and the employees that deserve to be highlighted. When he first started doing this he was talking about the goals of the company and how much we would be expanding, I didn't really believe him but looking around now seeing it come to life it's amazing. I have been watching two brothers turn dreams into a reality.And it really is an honor to be apart of. I obviously could go on and on about why Weave is a great place to work but above all what I appreciate most about Weave is the integrity level that this company has. Integrity is a must at Weave and that is a rare find.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is to keep up with the one on ones with the team leader just once a month. And maybe every three months with the department manager. With this it gives each employee a chance to give some really great ideas and to make thinks even better.
