Pros
The entire team actually practices team work; as opposed to corporate organizations that use the term loosely to please various organizational stakeholders. A great idea never goes unnoticed. Mistakes are owned. (Some pretty wonderful things have turned up due to some mistakes made in the past). Management encourages you to stand on your own two feet and figure things out. You still have to fix what was messed up, but it is nice to hear after all is said and done – “Good Job” Management is on the right path. They are not above reproach and can often be found answering phones, rolling up their sleeves and listening to staff suggestions. Because of management's ability to orchestrate day to day operations like a well oiled machine, it allows WebPT employees to develop some pretty phenomenal stuff and perform some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Bottom Line: WebPT fosters an eclectic and somewhat unconventional approach to doing business. It’s refreshing, and spontaneous at times. It can literally take your breath away with the grace and speed at which this company moves.
Cons
Not enough parking. No good food close by (there is fast food). Stairs…lots of them.
