Pros

Pay can be good, depending on popularity. Also, the yearly Christmas party are pretty fun with open bar and catered food.

Cons

Transparency- An employee of our team ended up quitting and management never even mentioned it to us, knowing that it would negatively affect the team requiring us to put in the extra work since we were down a body. Keep it mind this happened multiple times. During our weekly meetings that are constantly saying how transparent they were but never kept their word. We had to find out through the company gossip. Structure- Processes aren't throughly thought-out and support is ALWAYS doing everyones job. It is not their job to pick up the slack for everyone else. The amount of miscommunication there is exhausting, which is why employees walk out and end up leaving without a 2 week notice. Of course all companies change but they try to lure prospect employees in by the "cool, fun atmosphere" with ping-pong, unlimited PTO, nerf guns but the cool and fun environment has diminished. Equality- The hardest workers are still stuck in the same position. They say they are too valuable to lose but in reality its a popularity contest. The process was that you are supposed to be with the company 6 months before being eligible for a promotion but they ended up promoting a person that was there less than 3 months over seasoned employees that were there 6 months to a year. Confidentiality- HR works for the company and NOT for the employees. They do not have the employees best interest and if a real issue arises (which plenty have) nothing will come of it. Whether it be a racist, homosexual, inequality, remark or situation. There is no sense of confidentiality. Heidi is notified of what you had discussed with HR so beware. Management- VP is so arrogant, racist, homophobic and has upper management walks on eggshells. If you go against his idea or process, suggestion you will slowly be forced out.

Pros

Amazing team and culture who want you to succeed in your position. I have received ample training and have strong support each day in my role. Being a remote role is important to me; however, you need a strong and cohesive team for it to work. WebPT is all of that!

Cons

Being a fully remote role, this requires more time when learning/training as you are not sitting in the same office as co-workers. This affected me as I was changing careers. If you are not changing careers, this would not be an issue.

Pros

* Remote work flexibility. * Talented, dedicated employees who genuinely care about each other and the customers.

Cons

The company has undergone multiple rounds of layoffs while executive compensation remained substantial, creating a significant disconnect between leadership and employees. Employees watched coworkers lose their jobs while executives received sizable annual bonuses. Regardless of the business rationale, the optics were damaging and reinforced the perception that protecting executive compensation was a higher priority than protecting employees and preserving the culture. Morale has steadily declined, and the culture that once made this company stand out has largely disappeared. There is virtually no work-life balance. Employees are expected to remain available regardless of personal circumstances, and the pressure to always be “on” has become normalized. During my time there, I found myself working from a hospital and even from the funeral home while making arrangements after my mother’s passing because the expectation to stay connected never seemed to stop. No employee should feel that work takes priority over moments like those. Transparency is lacking, communication often feels one-sided, and employees are frequently asked to do more with fewer resources. Many of the people who built the company’s culture are gone, and leadership has failed to replace that sense of purpose with a clear vision for the future. Perhaps most concerning, employee trust has been severely damaged. Current employees should know that employee engagement surveys are not anonymous, despite being presented that way. Survey responses can be tied back to individual employees, making many people understandably hesitant to provide honest feedback. An organization cannot expect candid input when employees believe their responses can be identified.
