I guess I appreciate the fact that working there allowed me to get into Web Design They had some good people working there - it was the only real reason anyone stuck around

Cons

The MD likes to show off. Hence the fake reviews boasting of Leeds City Centre premises! And? They portray themselves as a web design agency but there is nothing creative about the company. Designs for websites should be done in minutes according to the MD. You are forced to call customers repeatedly to the point of annoying them just to meet call targets. They literally will try and make you work for free None of their advertised salaries are true

None that come to mind. You will find far better roles in the Leeds area, trust me.

Cons

A joyless, controlling environment where the owner is obsessed with managing every minute of the day using a ludicrous video tool he has invented. He is prone to ranting and abusing staff.
