Some good creative people, training opportunities, salary OK, Some good product Ideas

Cons

Insane micromanagement direct from the MD, unreachable targets, target culture destroys any creativity, relatively long day from 8 until 5 but people who go home at 5 are vilified as 'chair spinners, profesisonal staff treated like school children

A joyless, controlling environment where the owner is obsessed with managing every minute of the day using a ludicrous video tool he has invented. He is prone to ranting and abusing staff.
