Given me the chance to gain experience in sales Good commission structure in sales - maybe not in other roles Formed good friendships Trusted in the field Good product that is easy to sell in contrast to last job where I was selling finance PPI

Cons

Sometimes unrealistic sales targets 30 calls a day 90 minute talk time on the phone Been difficult couple of months in the office with some redundancies

A joyless, controlling environment where the owner is obsessed with managing every minute of the day using a ludicrous video tool he has invented. He is prone to ranting and abusing staff.
