Pros
I'm sick of seeing the fake 5* reviews that flood this platform every time a genuine 1* review is posted. No one who has ever worked at Webanywhere would give it 5*, except for Sean Gilligan. Actual pro - good progression (mainly because management kept leaving so someone has to fill the vacuum). Stick around long enough and you'll be one of the longest serving and senior members of the team. Promotion is almost guaranteed at that point. You should be a manager within 12 months, senior management / company board within 36 months. So not bad if this is your fist proper job. Also, the staff have good relationships generally speaking. This is due to the 'in the trenches' mentality and comradery.
