The very few people who now work in the Education team are the only positive

Cons

CEO lost his mind in the end. Nobody in SLT with the backbone to stand up to his completely insane decisions, which were not only destroying the business but clearly upsetting staff and angering loyal customers. In the end, he committed sabotage on his own business.

A joyless, controlling environment where the owner is obsessed with managing every minute of the day using a ludicrous video tool he has invented. He is prone to ranting and abusing staff.
