Pros

We have Fun Friday's, monthly socials, incentives for hitting targets i.e mini break to Barcelona. The company is growing here, Poland and US yet every employee matters. It's extremely fast paced but I wouldn't have it any other way We are right in the centre of Leeds which is a perfect location There are constant growth and progression opportunities

Cons

Need more meeting rooms Sometimes miscommunication between management to the people on floor but that sometimes is the case in a lot of business especially ones that are growing like this one Multiple simultaneous actions expected with short turnarounds Negativity from staff sometimes bring the morale down but then again no company is perfect

None that come to mind. You will find far better roles in the Leeds area, trust me.

Cons

A joyless, controlling environment where the owner is obsessed with managing every minute of the day using a ludicrous video tool he has invented. He is prone to ranting and abusing staff.
