They are not flexible working with schedules, if you are 30 seconds late they will give you a point. If you get a flat tire you will get a point. There is a lot of substance abuse on shift and if you're a woman... good luck. Never got return calls about in house interviews. Hours are not guaranteed, when there is overtime the money is nice but otherwise, you never know if you're going to be able to pay your bills.
