so many things , new upper management is delusional, very bad communication, customer relations are not the best, activity has slowed down to a dismal point, bonuses are either not payed or as low as 10-30 Eur, relations with HQ are very tense, wages are low, morale at its lowest ,historic staff are resigning in numbers , new staff are not staying and so much more
