Thank you for taking the time to leave such positive feedback. Unfortunatley we have no influence on the Austin TX traffic! Hopefully the move to home working during the pandemic is making the day a little easier now.
Thank you for your feedback and it's great to hear that you have embraced the learning opportunities available to you. If you are finding things stressful, do speak to a member of the People Experience team, your manager or in confidence via our EAP provider if you prefer.
From the interview process to on boarding, Ryan, Cat and Adam handled everything very professionally and gave realistic expectations throughout the hiring cycle. OTE potential if anything, was undersold as an any honest employer would do to retain their employee's. Coming from a company that did not value their sales people it's been a breath of fresh air to say the least. There is a since of collaboration between the Australia, U.K and U.S office that has helped reduce the learning curve.
Cons
None come to mind at the moment.
