Cons

Intense workload, high stress. No progression opportunities, appraisals are bottom priority. Low wage for role. High staff turnover.

We take all feedback seriously and were sorry to read some of the areas you were less happy with. There are progression opportunities in the Implementation team and across the wider business but we do also recognise that there will be times when an employee's aspirations don't match the needs of the business. In recent months we have increased headcount in the team and continuous improvement is very much a focus across all aspects of the team.

From the interview process to on boarding, Ryan, Cat and Adam handled everything very professionally and gave realistic expectations throughout the hiring cycle. OTE potential if anything, was undersold as an any honest employer would do to retain their employee's. Coming from a company that did not value their sales people it's been a breath of fresh air to say the least. There is a since of collaboration between the Australia, U.K and U.S office that has helped reduce the learning curve.
