Pros
Great Company, they really understand the work life / personal life balance. As a contracting software engineer, I really felt like I was being taken care of really well. From the on boarding to sun set, there was nothing that Ann (HR) failed in making me feel apart of the family in Texas. The software team in SD is also great, very approachable, talented, and hard working. For my case, I'm very appreciative of how much effort and extra lengths they went to work with me being unclassified in a classified environment. If you're reading this guys, thanks for the lunches, conversations, and problems solved together.

It's with no fault of WebHead that I'm leaving, in these specific times, make sure your security clearance is cleared before coming on board.
