I love working here for sure

Management Could be a lot better

Small company, flexible hours, nice staff, relaxed dress code.

Micromanaging at it's worst from the President. He treats everything like it's a secret and keeps employees out of the loop until the last minute. The President keeps talking about growth within the company but there really isn't room. Other managers seem cool enough (I never really worked with them) and the low level employees are nice enough. Could be a good job for someone just out of college, but if you're looking to advance your career here's not the place.
