Pros
WebstaurantStore has an amazing culture, is extremely fast growing, and there's plenty of opportunity for anyone that truly has an entrepreneurial spirit and doesn't fear change. Some of the perks include food (LOTS OF FOOD), games, a gym, volunteer opportunities, a company-owned daycare right next door, rooms that are set aside for chilling-out during lunch, and more. On top of that, the people here are amazing. Ever work a job where people are all negative? You do not have that here and boy is it a relief! As far as the job itself, the company is growing fast and getting large, but there aren't tons of management layers, so the opportunity to shine, to grow, and to affect change is there for the motivated person. Overall, it's been an amazing journey.
Cons
Pay could be better. You'd have to know DISC profiling, but there is more pressure for D-type personalities to adapt to the other three types than the other way around.
