Pros
Fast paced, innovative, empowers employees, fun work environment, rapid growth, feels like a west coast job in PA. There really is endless opportunity if you have the desire to grow! Many of the negative reviews cite things like "vague goals" or have issues with the "create your own path" mindset. For certain people this can be frustrating as there is no traditional/old-fashioned "escalator" growth path where people are simply rewarded for pedestrian work and accruing tenure. If that is what you are looking for, probably stay away. In my few years here I have seen the creation of countless new job titles and new departments, all of which were carved out by people who didn't just "get in line" and wait for an opportunity to be spelled out for them, but by people who had the creativity, passion, and drive to succeed. The people who succeed the most (and the soonest) are those who are motivated by the freedom to take your career success into your own hands, not wait for handouts or explicit micro-managed instructions. If you are highly motivated and want an innovative environment where growth and success are truly based on contribution/creativity, and you truly want to grow and improve professionally, you will likely thrive and enjoy this environment.
