Pros
- The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant and above all very respectful -A place to learn and to grow thanks to those PR and the code standard we have including the amount of new system the company is developing at this time -At tampa office the management is pretty cool and as they say their doors are always open -Free snacks all the time and free lunch 2 or 3 fridays per month -You can go to work wearing shorts and flip flops -1 or 2 days working from home depending on your working experience and/or your commute time
Cons
-10 PTO only for the first 3 years, no sick days -For getting the best part of the benefit package you'll need to wait more than 1 year -As you are responsible for estimations be carefully some tasks can take a lot more than expected
