Pros
-You are encouraged to have an entrepreneurial mindset and management is always open to new ideas, regardless of how long you have been with the company. -New growth opportunities as the company continues to grow. -Depending on the location, there are onsite lunch options, a gym and the occasional vendor training. -While I do not personally have children, the onsite daycare center in PA is a huge bonus and my coworkers with children really seem to appreciate it. -Great work life balance. -Senior management stays involved. For example, the CEO will occasionally have an industry class for all new hires and the President will send out company updates and goals. I have never once had to guess what the goals were for the company or what direction we were heading. This complete transparency has really meant a great deal to me and keeps me even more motivated each day. -Great benefits including a 401k match with both a traditional and Roth option. -The overall culture and people at Webstaurantstore are probably one of the biggest Pros. I never come to work dreading having to work with a certain individual. Everyone is extremely driven to succeed, intelligent, friendly and has a passion for excellence.
Cons
-During the busy season (spring to fall), the pace of the work is really fast and can be stressful at times. I do not want fully consider this a con because the cause of the work is that Webstaurantstore is expanding so quickly.
