Pros

No micromanagement, a good indication is their work form home policy being two days a week if you have over a year of experience. Since the young devs are like sponges its probably ideal to be in the office anyway. If you are in the office you also will get to leverage the multiple times a month catering along with all the other amenities they offer like the most recent wii tournament. Work life balance is pretty good, I never have to work over 40 hours and if my child is sick and has to stay home from school there isn't an issue with me working from home and extra day or adjusting my schedule. Health is important. Everyone gets a standing desk, there is a BMI reimbursement, there is gym reimbursement and we are told when they get the additional office space in a few months a whole gym will be built into the space. As for the work itself, there is a lot of re-writes going on along with new software. Not stuck in the maintenance mode rut.

Cons

Depending on how you work the office is wide open. So if you can't put headphones on you may get distracted easily when there are discussions going on around you. If you are a lone ranger get it done fast type of coder this probably wont be the right place. Lots of code reviews and quality checks in place.
