You are supposed to get fired after 60 days unless your manager is "In love with you", they want to pay you well under market value, no documentation on processes, miserable toxic co-workers that are not willing to help new employees get established, 6 year vesting on their 401k, 1 year wait for profit sharing, no advancement opportunities, desks so small you can barely fit your pc and monitors and still have room to write. The development team is like a frat house. Terrible environment, despite their sales pitch that they are like some silicon valley start- up. It is just a toxic sweatshop. They are in the process of moving their jobs to Tampa.
