Just when I was starting to think private sector software development had universally been reduced to total sweatshop conditions, poor 'leaders' determined to tell you how long the job will take without any remote clue of the task, or skin in the game, zero software lifecycle or process understanding and toxic management.... Along comes a company with culture, class and understanding. Clark Associates, Inc. & WebstaurantStore, An experienced Sr. Manager Rob LeDrew that exemplifies these values. Outstanding and outgoing BA's JoAnna Arena and too many coworkers to mention.. I'm four months in and can honestly tell you I am elated to have finally found a place I can call home, where every employee is treated as an equal with dignity and respect.  Other shops could stand to learn a thing or two from this company. Guess what happens when you foster a positive culture and work environment for your people. It should come as no surprise; as in any positive relationship the employee wants to show up to do their part, to go above and beyond to return that positive energy that was given to them!
